If the purchaser violates the distribution rights agreement, access to the digital product will be restricted.

REFUNDS: All sales of this product are final. Refunds will not be issued for any reason due to the downloadable content included in this product.

LIABILITY: The seller shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW: This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the seller operates, Antwerp, Belgium.
